| Picture
below was done in oil pastel on paper > and then scraped in
places
with tools. To apply more colorant, I sprayed fixative over surface
> and then added more oil pastel for richer, layered look. As
per
all my work, it evolved in the moment without plan. Surface of picture is unstable since top layer of oil pastel does not adhere to fixative.
