Men in action		Spray paint and latex house paint with stencil on 1/2" primed birch plywood ... with poplar frame. Latex house paint applied to surface, then before drying, a stencil was laid over wet paint and several colors of oil-base spray paint applied. Stencil removed immediately, and piece left to dry in summer heat in open shaded area. Frame is 1/2" by 1/2"clear poplar cut with table saw, sanded smooth and slightly rounded on 18" bench sander, then cut to fit and nailed into edge of plywood, the poplar corners sanded slightly rounded over. Nail holes casually filled but no finish applied to poplar.

Both surfaces dry Apply coat of clear, untinted ultra deep base of sherwin williams house paint paint applied to plywood, act as adhesive for 3 pieces of paper. Left to dry, then another coat of clear paint applied. Poplar frame added.
