It is personal risk to post this on the internet except I'm old, and others could benefit recognizing similar feelings in themselves. At times like this, people discount their work and abilities. I threw away a lot of paintings during this period <> I remember a pile sitting on the trash can <> I remember some of the work was good <> it was a mistake. Fortunately, I did not throw away work on paper, and increased my output on paper.
